A lot of pain and frustration inspired me to create Highest Self. I used to have no direction in life. I was very unhappy with my physique and my life. I abused drugs to escape my anxiety ridden and depressed reality every day, I finally found the key to creating a much better and easier reality and finally enjoying my life, that's what I want to share with you.
